Our support section is split up into different sections to make it easier
for you to gain exactly what support you need, if you require web hosting
support, we have an online system where you can open up tickets which will
then get viewed by and replied to by an admin, you can also use any of the
other options for web hosting we do however recommend our web hosting support
system as it is quick and easy.
Your web hosting support Account...
When you sign up for a web hosting account through the billing system, you
will create an account which also entitles you to use the support desk.
you will be asked for a username and password when you order a web package.

If you are looking for support regarding shell hosting, ircd hosting or
